Refund policy

At INARA, every piece is thoughtfully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. As a boutique brand with limited-edition collections, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

No Returns / No Refunds:

  • INARA does not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Size or fit issues
    • Color, texture, or design variations (minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution)
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
    • Customised or made-to-order products

Eligible Cases (Strictly Limited):
A return or replacement will be considered only if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive an incorrect item (different from what was ordered)

Mandatory Reporting Timeline:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances

Required Proof:
To raise a valid claim, customers must email inaraboutique.in@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)
  • Clear photos showing the issue

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected

Resolution Process:

  • Once the issue is verified:
    • A replacement will be arranged (subject to availability), OR
    • A refund will be processed if replacement is not possible
  • The final resolution method will be solely at INARA’s discretion

Refund Mode & Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed:
    • To the original payment method only
    • Within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy:

  • No exchanges are offered for any reason, including size issues

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted

Quality Disclaimer:

  • All products undergo quality checks before dispatch
  • Handcrafted and boutique garments may have minor irregularities, which are inherent to the process and not considered defects

Legal Jurisdiction:

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu
