Shipping Policy – INARA

At INARA, each order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Please review our shipping terms below before placing an order.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During new launches, festive seasons, or sale periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Timeline:

  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Any additional charges imposed by courier partners (remote area, reattempts, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Address & Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • INARA will not be responsible for:
    • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
    • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
  • Re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Dispatch & Tracking:

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • INARA is not responsible for delays once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery Confirmation:

  • An order is considered successfully delivered once marked “Delivered” by the courier partner.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery:
    • Do not accept the delivery
    • Inform the delivery personnel immediately
    • Contact inaraboutique.in@gmail.com within 48 hours with proof
  • Accepted packages without reporting issues may not be eligible for claims.

Unclaimed / Returned Shipments:

 

 

 

 

  • Orders returned due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Will not be eligible for refund
  • Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid.

International Shipping:

 

  • Currently, INARA ships only within India.
  • International shipping may be introduced at our discretion in the future.

 

 

 

Force Majeure:

 

INARA shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
